Toyota Landcruiser 100 Series (1997-2007) (1HZ) 4.2L HPD SIDE FRONT Mount Intercooler Kit (SKU: IK-100-SF)

This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit distributed by Canyon Off-Road has been designed to suit the Toyota Landcruiser 100 Series. This intercooler kit was designed to fit without cutting any holes to the radiator support panel make a nice easy installation. This HPD intercooler sit in the centre of the of the grill ensuring maximum air flow to the 300x280x76mm core helping keep intake and EGT’s at a sustainable rate. This kit comes with aluminium piping, quality silicon hose’s and all fixing required to bolt in. This intercooler kit compliment the HPD Garret turbo kit TK-TL-100 up to 120kw’s at the wheels.

Specifically, HPD Air to air intercoolers, lower the temperature of the intake air and increase it's density. This maximises the efficiency of the engine, delivering great power benefits along with fuel efficiency gains in your diesel 4x4.
HPD intercoolers also improve overall reliability in diesel applications by reducing your exhaust gas temperature (EGT). High flowing, low pressure drop in intercoolers as used by HPD reduce the intake air to as close to ambient temp as possible, delivering reductions in exhaust gas temp of between 50-100 degrees, helping to protect crucial mechanical components.
